What courses does NyxPulse offer?
We offer separate flat-fee trainings. American Red Cross programs (taught by a Red Cross certified instructor): Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED ($85), First Aid ($95), and BLS ($125). NyxPulse programs: Opioid Overdose Response ($75), Bleeding Control ($85), De-escalation ($195), Workplace Violence Prevention ($165), Active Shooter Preparedness ($145), Emergency Management ($375), ICS/HICS ($225), OSHA Safety ($110), and Bloodborne Pathogens ($65). Each training is enrolled separately.
Are your CPR classes American Red Cross certified?
CPR/AED, First Aid, and BLS are taught by Jeremy, an American Red Cross certified instructor. Completing the course in NyxPulse earns a NyxPulse Certificate of Completion. If you also need an official Red Cross digital certificate, book a skills session — Jeremy may teach that class through NyxPulse or another authorized organization, and Red Cross certificates are issued only through the Red Cross Learning Center after reporting.
Are NyxPulse certificates recognized by healthcare providers?
Yes. Our certificates are recognized by hospitals, clinics, EMS, fire departments, and other healthcare organizations. Certificates verify completion of accredited training and are valid for the tenure specified in course materials. Always check your organization's requirements for additional licensing or state-specific certifications.
How long do certificates remain valid?
Validity depends on the course and regulatory requirements. CPR/BLS typically expire in 2 years. De-escalation and Emergency Management are valid for 3 years. OSHA certifications may have longer validity. Check your course details for specific renewal timelines.
Can I take courses on my phone or tablet?
Yes. NyxPulse is fully responsive and works on all devices. You can start a course on desktop and continue on mobile without losing progress. Lessons include study notes and educational diagrams; skills practice still happens in live/hybrid sessions where required.
Do you offer team or volume discounts?
We use flat fees, not per-seat pricing. Individuals enroll in a single training at the listed flat fee. Organizations that need on-site, virtual, or multi-session delivery can request a flat program quote at sales@nyxpulse.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. All payments are PCI-DSS compliant and secure. We also support ACH bank transfers for enterprise customers.
What is your refund policy?
Individual courses are non-refundable after access is granted. Refund requests within 7 days are considered if the course is inaccessible or defective. Team and enterprise plans may have different refund terms. See our Terms of Service for details.
Are NyxPulse courses HIPAA compliant?
NyxPulse is HIPAA-ready for covered deployments. Self-serve accounts are designed for learner identity, enrollment, and training progress — not for storing clinical PHI by default. If your organization needs a BAA or will process PHI, contact hipaa@nyxpulse.com before go-live.
Can instructors see individual learner progress?
Administrators with access to the organization dashboard can view completion rates, assessment scores, and certificate issuance dates. Individual learner progress is role-restricted and governed by your data access policies.
How are certificates issued?
NyxPulse issues its own Certificate of Completion (with certificate ID) when you finish a course in the platform — including CPR, First Aid, BLS, and facility programs. Separately, an official American Red Cross digital certificate can be earned when Jeremy teaches and reports a class under an authorized Red Cross Training Provider process.
What happens if I don't pass an assessment?
Most courses allow unlimited retries. You can review the content, take practice quizzes, and attempt the final assessment again. Some enterprise courses may have restricted retries. Check your specific course materials.
Can I generate reports on team training compliance?
Yes. The Admin Dashboard provides completion reports, certification expiration tracking, and compliance status. You can filter by course, date range, and team. Export reports in CSV format for additional analysis.
What support channels are available?
We offer email support (support@nyxpulse.com), in-app help, and comprehensive documentation. Enterprise customers have access to a dedicated support line. Most inquiries are resolved within 24 hours.
Do you offer API integrations for LMS systems?
Yes. We're building integrations with Canvas, Blackboard, and Moodle. Contact integrations@nyxpulse.com to request or discuss your specific LMS platform.
How does the affiliate program work?
